I know it's so important for you to understand where your money is going. So I would like to explain how I break it down.. Each session is designed to accommodate for both our time together as well as my time behind the screen perfecting your unique images. You and I will spend time talking with one another, exchanging ideas about locations, talking about outfit ideas and understanding what your vision is for these images. This is your investment and I'm here for it! In the end I just want to make sure you are happy with the experience and even more importantly your photos. I want you to know that your money is being spent wisely and I want you to trust me as your photographer. These are your moments so when you look back on them I hope you can remember the sand beneath your toes, feel the wind, and more importantly smile remembering those moments in real time; time and time again.
What to Expect
- Assistance with choosing locations and styling tips
- Thoughtful editing of EVERY single image you receive
- High- resolution digital images, all included for your unrestricted usage
- Ability to purchase full gallery(50-60 images) or $15 per additional image
- A check-in within 24-48 hours of your session to touch base and go over any questions you have and finalize our meeting and location details
The Details
- A 50% Retainer is due at booking to secure your date- that retainer is non-refundable. Retainer is non-refundable, as it covers the reservation of the date, preparation of the session and location scouting.
- Every beach on Kaua'i requires a permit. permits can range from $25-$250.
- a total of 4.7120% which is the hawai'i state tax is added to every session.
- For all Kapa’a and north shore sessions there will be an added traveling fee

Elopements & Intimate Weddings
I do small weddings. I want to know what you were hoping for and I will build the session around YOU. Every session is unique. If requested I also work with videographers & other photographers to make your special day truly memorable
Want Prints?
Don't let these memories be stuck on a computer screen. You spent a good amount of money on theses images to capture these timeless moments! Ask for my price chart for prints and let me get you something made with highest quality materials. I use a professional printing company to promise quality; not your Walgreens or Walmart prints that will fade over time. I believe in the irreplaceable feeling of being able to hold all these precious moments in your hands, rather than just seeing it on a screen. Hang them on your wall! You were in Hawai'i after all and flew all this way, had beautiful memories and took the time to get them captured! Let's show off these beautiful images and see them in your home for years to come.
FAQ
What if it rains?
PLEASE DO NOT; I REPEAT DO NOT check the weather report. I have lived here my entire life and if theres one thing I learned is that the weather report(unless theres a tsunami(AND THEYVE BEEN WRONG ABOUT THAT TOO)) is 99.9% wrong every single time.
Kaua'i is one of the wettest spots on earth, it rains every single day BUT it's surprising how rare it is for rain to actually ruin a session. Most times it will rain for 5 mins and pass; you'll have to trust me on this one.
Will you suggest locations?
Absolutely! I can suggest a number of locations based on what you're looking for. I was born here on Kaua'i and know it like the back of my hand. I can find the perfect location that you are wanting for your session.

**all locations are legal and most require permits.
When will we get our photos?
You will receive an online gallery link with your photos within 3-6 weeks. Depending on the season it might be sooner! :)
What if we have to cancel or reschedule
If you’ve already booked a date with me, but for some reason need to cancel or reschedule, the retainer fee is non-refundable but can be used to rebook the session for a later date.
Do you offer payment plans?
I ask for 50/50 when booking; the last 50% is due the day before the session. If that doesn't work we can work out a payment plan that works for you.
Do you travel?
Short answer; yes.
However, travel fees are expected. Travel fees typically include 1-2 nights stay, rental car, and round trip flight costs. All bookings are completed by me (just so that I can book a safe & reliable area that is close to your destination). Please inquire if you'd like to know a bit more.
What type of lighting do you use?
I'm a natural light photographer; upon booking I will be able to tell you the times of day that work best. Usually I aim for sunrise or sunset sessions.
Sunrise or Sunset
Here's the honest truth; sunrises by far are my favorite for sessions, especially with couples. Sunrises are more intimate, there aren't crowds and you will essentially have the beach to yourself.
Sunsets are great as well, there just tends to be more people around and there can sometimes be crowds; its easy enough to work around but it is something to keep in mind.
